Living in the condominium has received an overwhelming response from the middle class in Bangkok over the past decade due to the convenience of transportation in this mega-city. The demands in Bangkok have not been met as the research data shows that 70% of the condominiums sold is a room size less than 30 square meters. Many consumers consider not only the space within their units, but also landscape design, common areas, and utility readiness are essential.
The building is under height restriction of 15m as it is in 500m proximity of the parliament. Consequently, the condominium was divided into 8 buildings each consist of 5-storey where the total residential units are 392 units. All the entrances into the building can only be access through the green area in between each building which aim to create a natural environment for the users before entering their home.
With care in various details, Stonehenge therefore have jointly developed The Tree Privata to meet the requirement of residents with super compact living unit at 27sqm. Our aim was to support 4-figure usage (Sleep / work / eating / rest) as well as designing various common areas to respond to the daily life of the residents.
The public facilities of this condominium are positioned at the entrance which include the reception, swimming pool and fitness for the residents. This structure was designed under the concept of a rainforest club house to imitate an oasis in the middle of the city clusters where the aluminum fences were to CNC to emulate trees and plants were installed around the swimming pool.
