PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS

Park 24 Condominium is a Luxurious residential buildings cluster located right in the heart of Sukhumvit road. This project contains total of 5 buildings over 2 phases: two 29-story, one 44-story and lastly two 51-story buildings. These high-rise buildings comprise of facilities such as co-working space, sauna room, premium fitness Toom, restaurants, retail stores and lastly the Cloud pool located the 51st floor which is the highest pool in Phrompong area. This condomi intends to wrap the users with 16,000sqm of green space which generates a sense of an oasis in a busy Bangkok CBD.

Stonehenge designed the structure to accommodate all these prerequisites including 1,240 residential rooms. This is one of the largest residential clusters containing 4 interconnected underground parking spaces, hence the structure must precise and thorough. Stonehenge’s solution including 26mm thick SLAB for the floor, reinforced concrete for the structure, and Slipform to elevate the construction process. Furthermore, using MAT FOUNDA diaphragm wall to act as soil protection system due to the massive derground parking. However, after the first period of excavation,t covered that the building was built over the existing piling. The engineering team had to re-design the foundation in order to construct on top without using any of the existing pilings. The process to build the un carpark took about I year while our engineer designs the structure and solve problems daily.

This large residential clusters finished its first phase in 2018 and aiming to finish its second phase in 2021 . The construction of this building was incredibly challenging due to the extremely large underground carpark, the clusters of high rises and the integration of maximum green area. With great attention to structural design and modern engineering technique, this ambitious and complex project has been achieved and become the largest residential project and fully equipped utilities in Bangkok-CBD.
