PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS
Ciela Sripatum Condominium is a high-rise residential building located in the middle of Paholyothin Area. It is easily accessible via private transportation as well as public transportation as it is adjacent to BTS Sripathum Station. It was design as a Contemporary style where white and grey lines were used in the facade to characterize simplicity yet elegant. This Architectural design projected elegant, modern, while easy to maintain over time.
Ciela condominium is a 28-story high building divided into three sections: 900-unit residential area, 3-unit commercial area and a separated 6-story carpark for higher efficiency. Consequently, Stonehenge structural team deployed reinforcing concrete for the structure with 23cm thick post tension flat slab for cost and time control. The swimming pool located on the 28th floor was built using double slab with a 1.5m gap to prevent water leaking and maintenance purpose. 3m transfer beam is implemented to the drop off area to allow a free column space.
Finally, the precast concrete was applied to the elevator core and the facade of the building to be time efficient and continuity in the design concept. The construction of this building took 2 1 months to complete. By designing structures and selecting construction techniques for efficiency, the structural and implementation for this project was completed within budget and time allocated.
