The whole working structure of the Council of Engineers (Thailand) building has to be re-engineer in order to achieve the goal of a paperless-office oriented. More staffs, private offices and larger meeting rooms were required to demonstrate a modern & lively working atmosphere.

As a result of the brief, Stonehenge proposes an open-plan layout for the main office area. The openness encourages a collaborative working atmosphere with high-efficient office space arrangement. The core concept of lighting design of this building is the double-lid pendant light as a main source of lighting where it creates a comfortable and dramatic working atmosphere for the structure. By installing this, it provides not only a task lighting specifically for the table top but also softly illuminate the whole ceiling plane.
